"Slight damage upon arrival..."

"Great Site and Prices, But What’s Up with the Delivery Service?"
The website is solid and the prices are decent, but DPD, the delivery service, was a total letdown! I kept an eye on the tracking, and when the expected time came and went, it just said 'returned to depot.' Now I’m stuck waiting two more days for my stuff. FreeNET Electrical, you really need to switch up your delivery service, pretty please!

"Fast delivery and great service!"
I placed my order and got it super quick, plus they kept me in the loop about the delivery. When it arrived, I noticed that one of the saucepan lids didn’t fit right—had two of one size and was missing another. I shot them an email, and they sent out a replacement in the mail within just two days. I’d definitely recommend them for their service and bang for your buck!

I needed to buy a particular item. Checked out all the major high street electronics stores, and they were all £30 more expensive. Then I found freenet, which offered free next day shipping. Their service was excellent, and it showed up right on time. This will definitely be my go-to for any electrical stuff.

"Searching high and low for this..."
I spent three days before Christmas hunting for this item and was beginning to feel pretty hopeless. Most stores were out of stock or couldn’t get it to me in time for the holiday. So, I was really happy to discover it available at freenet electrical, and they offered free delivery right in time for the big day. True to their word, it showed up on Christmas Eve! Huge thanks, and I’d totally recommend this online shop. Merry Christmas!
